The Gulf Petrochemical and Chemicals Association (GPCA) is delighted to announce the inaugural GPCA FERTILIZER CONVENTION taking place on 28-30 September 2010 in Dubai. This is the first event in what will be an annual series of fertilizer convention organized by GPCA Fertilizer Committee in association with British Sulphur Events.

At no other time since the inception of the inorganic fertilizer industry and the ensuing Green Revolution, has food security been at so pre-eminent a concern of the global media, international organizations and governments of countries experiencing exponential population growth. Therefore, for the inaugural GPCA FERTILIZER CONVENTION, the programme will focus on the theme of ‘Working towards Food Security”.

GPCA FERTILIZER CONVENTION will bring together senior fertilizer executives from the production, consumer, trading and technology sectors to discuss the current and future market requirements, capacity planning and action for achieving increases in efficiency for fertilizer use.
