Welcome to GPCA Human Resources Committee

We are the Human Resources wing of the GPCA and we strive to bring the best into the Association. The success of any organization depends on the people working for it and our goal is to identify and analyze human resource issues within the GPCA, recruit and train the right people, and appoint specialists in the field to work with the GPCA. One of the major aims of the GPCA is to promote best practices in the petrochemicals and chemicals business, and the HR Development Committee ensures proper exchange of information on best practices through seminars and training programs.

The GPCA works towards a progressive, balanced market in the Gulf and the rest of the world, and its HR Development Committee assists this goal by recognizing the Association’s human resource needs and meeting them on time.
