Accelerating organizational performance in the Arabian Gulf chemical industry

The report produced in collaboration with Heidrick & Struggles Consulting is based on the results from “Organization Accelerator Questionnaire” (OAQ) run with GPCA member companies. The survey looked at 13 drive factors such as: Energizing Leadership, Customer First, Clarity, Ownership, Simplicity, Winning Capabilities, Innovation, Collaboration, Challenge, Foresight, Learning, Adaptability and Resilience, that can help companies accelerate performance. The results were summarized in the report “Accelerating organizational change in the Arabian Gulf chemical industry”.
