27.06.2018, Dubai, UAE – The Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) welcomes AbdelHadi Al-Suhaimi, Executive President, Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips (JCP), to its Board of Directors, replacing outgoing member Said M. Bajodah.
Mr. Bajodah, who has retired from the president position at SCP and JCP after eight years in the role, has been of great service to GPCA and the Board, and the management takes this opportunity to thank him for his contribution, outstanding leadership and support.
With over 30 years’ industry experience, Mr. Al-Suhaimi will take over as Executive President, in addition to holding executive management positions at affiliated companies at S-Chem (Saudi Chevron Phillips, Jubail Chevron Phillips, and Saudi Polymers Company).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Engineering, from the University of Hartford – Connecticut, US and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston – Texas, US.
GPCA welcomes Mr. Al-Suhaimi to the BoD, joining 13 other senior industry leaders from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain and Oman, and looks forward to his contributions in line with GPCA’s vision and strategic objectives.
