The Accelerating Organizational Performance report is a diagnostic-based study that provides a precise ‘Acceleration Profile’ of each participating chemical company based on the assessment of 13 ‘Drive Factors’ of organizational performance. It captures each employee’s perception of their organization as well as their own personal experience within the company. The study also aims to capture the level of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) within each organization to understand where the broader regional chemical industry stands in an effort to drive D&I regionally. With the study results, the organizations gain insight on how they compare to peers across the globe to help further accelerate their performance.
GPCA conducted the study in 2020 in conjunction with consultancy firm Heidrick & Struggles to gain current insights on organizational performance in the petrochemical industry in the Arabian Gulf.
